Shipping & Returns
Rich Minerals Customer Service is available by phone and email from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. MST Monday through Thursday. Customer service is not available on Friday; however, orders will be processed and shipped. Orders ship within 48 business hours after the order is placed online. If the order is placed during the weekend, the order will ship by the following Tuesday. Tracking information is emailed to the customer when the order ships. Shipping Information:
- Our shipping department is open Monday - Thursday. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will ship via USPS on the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. will ship either the same day or the next business day.
- Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail can take from 1-10 business days depending on delivery location. We reserve the right to use an alternative service at our discretion.
- The shipping date may be delayed if a wrong address or undeliverable address is given. Please call (800)373-7946 or email richminerals2000@gmail.com for more information.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you when generated. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of the time you purchase, please email: richminerals2000@gmail.com and reference the order number.
Return Policy:
- No refunds are issued 30 days after the date product is received by the customer.
- Credit will be issued within 7 - 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
- Credits will be issued for product amount less shipping costs.
- Rich Minerals is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the returned product.
- When the product is returned to Rich Minerals, we recommend that the customer use a carrier that provides proof of delivery. Rich Minerals is not liable for return packages lost in transit or not received.
- Rich Minerals will not accept packages returned postage due.
